The Illinois Judges Association’s United State Supreme Court Jurisprudence Study Group will conduct its first, one-hour speed review of six cases decided during the U.S. Supreme Court’s most recent term. The review will be conducted by judges and an Appellate Court Justice. Half the cases reviewed and discussed will be civil in nature; half the cases will be criminal. This program is open to lawyers and judges.  Following the presentation, a short question-answer period will be conducted. CLE credit offered.
